New Mexico Tech's very own Comic Con

As part of our spring fling celebration New Mexico Tech will be hosting a Comic Con in the 2nd and 3rd floors of fidel. There will be signings and photos by actors and voice actors from several films as well as a cosplay contest with Albuqueruqe's own Girls of Geek!

Tickets will be availible at the door, online tickets will be availible soon.Costs are free for college students with valid ID, Adult $20, Children 12 & younger $10.

Schedule of events

11am - Convention Begins!! Doors open with signings, photos, and voicemail recordings (prices below) at the 3rd floor of Fidel.

1pm - Cosplay Contest The Girls of Geek will host a cosplay contest with prizes being awarded to top 3 contestants.

Jim Cummings - Jim Cummings is one of the industries leading voice actors. He is best known as the voice of Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Darkwing Duck, Scar, Cat-Dog, and Hondo on Star Wars Clone Wars. He will be reprising hondo on the new series Star Wars Rebels. Fee for autograph is $20, for voicemail $20, for Photo $10

Mark Dodson - Mark Dodson is a voice actor as well. He was the voice of Salacious Crumb in Star Wars Episode VI Return of the Jedi and many of the gremlins including George, Daffy and Lenny in Gremlins I & II. Fee for autograph is $20, for voicemail $20, for Photo $10
